WATER SAMPLER, STANDARD, ACCORDING TO NISKIN, SERIE 110:
Non-metalic, free-flushing water sampler,
recomented for general water sampling.
These samplers can be individually orserially attached
to a hydrocable and activated by messenger, or placed on „Rosette“,
„Carousel“ or any other watersampling system and activated by remote command.
It is compartible with all systems on the market.
The PVC-standard water sampler is made our of gray PVC (color RAL 7011). Internal spring closure made by latextubing , clamp bolts for attachment on a cable and
mounting blocks for sampling system attachement.
Delivery is made with lanyards for loading on both,
cable and „Rosette Systems“.
All metall parts are made out of special VA4-stainless steel. Our V-lip system avoid leackage of samplers 100%!
Optional Teflon coating of the Sampler body is available on request!
The PVC-Standard sampler, according to Niskin can be delivered from 1.7 to 12.0 liters. 20.0 and 20.0 Liter samplers on request. Mounting of 1.7 to 12.0 liter bottles is made by clamps,
ready to accept cable up to 6,5 mm (1/4“).
WATER SAMPLER, STANDARD A, SERIES 110A, WITHOUT MOUNTING BLOCKS:
Standard A , is a simplified version of the original Standard, Model 110, according to Niskin.
All standard sizes from 1,7L to 12,0L available.
Its body has same dimmentions as model 110 and is made of PVC. Latex spring closure made activate the end plugs closing mechanism. The entire sampler is metal free.
This sampler is an alternative for those which want to attach it by clamps or other ways to an existing system.
It can also be fitted with our newly designed Xternal closing Mechanism, so that sample could not be conterminated with internal spring
(series 110AXC)!
WATER SAMPLER, STANDARD B, SERIES 110B, WITH STAINLESS STEEL BRACKET AND CARBON REINFORCED MOUNTING BLOCKS:
This version of the original Standard, Model 110, is similar to model 110.
It has no internal closing mechanism. Therefore no contermination of the water probe could happen any more.
The exernal closure mechanism is made out of stainless steel springs, or optional latex springs specialy designed for this sampler model. These latex springs could be easily visualized if damaged and be replaced.
WATER SAMPLER, STANDARD PVC, WITH XTERNAL CLOSING MECHANISM SERIES 110XC:
This model uses the body of model Standard A.
It has a carbon reinforced PETG bracket or optional stainless steel bracket with carbon reinforced PETG mounting blocks.
The whole bracket is attached to the Standard A Sampler body with two stainless steel clamps.
The easy removable and interchangeable bracket gives more flexibility and breakoge resistance in arctic conditions. It gives a higher flexibility once parts have to be exchanged.
Optional a „lower mounting block“ - reinforcement with a stainless steel plate is recommended.
Also our newly designed XC-Series Sampler could be equiped with these mounting frames.
